This week, football star Ibrahimovic, who has returned to the Swedish national team, could be suspended by FIFA for a conflict over betting. The 38-year-old, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is in danger of getting a three-year suspension that could result in fines for being involved in a bookmaker. According to suspicions, Ibrahimovic would be the co-owner of the bookmaker Bethard. Thus, the player would be violating the FIFA Code of Ethics, which does not allow competing professional players to have links with bookmakers.
